I am sorry to hear that. I have not had my surgery yet but I do see lots of people talking about stalls or not losing anymore and it is usually suggested that you try going back to the basics. Eat like you did the first several weeks after surgery? I am sure others will chime in. I hope you start losing again and get to whatever goal weight you are striving for. Good luck!

As long as no personally identifiable information was discussed it's not an issue. i do think the person that they were talking about should have had the courtesy to call and cancel if they were able to so that surgery slot could have been filled with someone who actually wanted to be there.

Good to know! Thank you all for you replies. i would much rather be cold than hot and sweaty. In my opinion it has always been easier to warm up than it is to cool down Have a great weekend everyone!

Is it true that when I start losing weight I will feel cold? I can't wait for that to happen! (I know be careful of what you wish for lol) I don't think I have worn a winter coat in years - I live in MO so winters get a little chilly. Keeping a fan on at work even in the winter months sure does make people look at you funny. Does anyone have experiences about going from hot to feeling cold after surgery/weight loss to share? Does it last for forever or just while you are losing the weight? Thanks!

Andrea when I have lost 73 lbs I hope I won't mind looking in the mirror either Madam Rev I saw the picture you posted on here and I think you are looking awesome. I hope you can one day soon look in the mirror and see what everyone else sees. Take care ladies and thanks for your comments.

You will be surprised what you can do when you have to The first time is just fear of the unknown. I have read that it's not really painful at all. You can do it if you have to! Good luck!
