Very very happy with sleeve surgery.

I haven't posted anything in a while I am 17 weeks out from surgery I went from a SW -230 To a CW - 175 I am very happy . When I tell people what I weigh they say I look a lot smaller than 175. That's cool. I know the trick is to excersise I take 25 min every other day an do a walk / run an it helps with inches, excess skin an my mental stAte lol . I encourage anyone who is thinking bout the sleeve surgery to do it .
