Losing Weight Fast

Hello All:

I was banded 4/19/07...am still sore and of course tired. I have lost 13 pounds in 5 days...is this normal? Im sure the massive diarehha is contributing to it. How long does it take to feel normal again? I went back to work today, but had to come home because it hurts to sit up in a chair due to the incisions. Nice to meet you all and good luck!

Jennifer

Shirley,

I was banded on March 8, 2007 and I don't think your doing anything wrong. I have only lost 22 lbs to date and it's coming off slowly. I was told that some people loose slower than other and until you get to the desired "sweet spot" of your band it doesn't come off as fast for some.

Hang in there it will be ok.

Hi Deanna

They are actually called water crackers. Pepperidge Farm makes water crackers but these were by Carrs. They are a round white cracker. No salt, rather bland, not fatty.

Got another one for you. stepped it up to BABY food. Oh yeah! Gerber saved the day with peas and carrots that tasted like they were just picked. Mac and cheese with that and the cheese was not oily. This came in a frozen entree for Phase 3 toddlers. I think I'm turned on to baby food now! I think grown up Soup is even too much for me to handle.

Lap Dance. ...(winks) give me six months.
