Hey all I was wondering do yall slime meaning throw up spit and fluids with no food alot

and about pbing how often on that throwing up actual food and fluids

I seem to slim quiet a bit and I am wondering if that is normal

also how do u know when u are at restriction. what does it feel like I am a little confused my doc offers little help
