stretching and excercising 4 weeks post op bariatric sleeve

4 weeks post op I have lost 25 lbs since surgery but now the scale hasn't moved I'm wondering every time I get up my stomach feels so tight should I start stretching now I'm afraid to rip my staples inside

I'm 2 weeks behind you, but my nurse practitioner told me that I should avoid abdominal workouts for the first 6 weeks or so post op to give everything time to heal and settle. Try just cardio or weights and avoid and ab workouts, at least until you can talk to someone at the office.
