how do you know if something got "stuck" in your sleeve?

Today started a new phase of my diet. i got to go to soft foods, and on one of my foods lists it said i could have melba toast. So me thinking about protein i also added some laughing cow swiss cheese (the spreadable kind) and a small amount of turkey. Now all i can say is that it just doesn't feel the same.... and i dont know if that is because only 1/2 of a crakcer filled me up or if it is stuck.... hellllppp?!?!?!

If this happens to me I usually drink Water to push it through. You can also try taking a walk, sometimws that helps.

OK thank God! that's exactly what i did. i also threw up some but that was just my bodies reaction i think. Thank you so much for your quick reply!!! No more melba toast for a while!

It might have been a far too big bite. all those things on it at once. If you are chewing, try to swallow a little at a time? Thats what I do when I gulp too much Water.

I'm sorry that happened....did you start *slimming?* hopefully you can try this again once your tummy heals a little more. Could have been too much with the cracker and the Protein and spreadable cheese.

Good Luck,

Shel
