New to lap band and new to forum

Hi everyone! I had my lap band surgery on 3/12/07 it is just a little over a month and i've lost 28 lbs. This is the BEST thing I've ever done. Why didn't I do it sooner. I go next week for my first fill. Anyone have any suggestions or anything?

Also, I'm new here and how do I add my weight loss ticker to my messages???
