Isopure trick

I found by mixing 32 ounces of Water, 2 of the single serve grape individual packs of crystal light ( I use Walmart brand) and grape Isopure I can't even taste the nasty after taste! It's really good. I get 15 grams of Protein this way by drinking flavored water that has no gross after taste..

Adding lemon or lemonade flavor to the grape or whatever might also help.

Can you get more Protein in that amount of Water? 32 oz seems a lot of Water for 15 grams.

I just googled it and found some, is the taste really bad? Do u mix in milk or Water? Couldn't find anything on that. Thanks for the info

You can also mix Protein powders in dressings for salads, etc.

I should try that I bought the ready made stuff and hate the taste, diluting it might help.

I made slushies with mine. Add in lemon crystal light or pure lemon powder plus Isopure over crushed ice. Summertime treat
