Weight training prior to tummy tuck

I'm just 2 shorts weeks from my scheduled tummy tuck. I'm making a last ditch effort to weight train (arms) and build my stomach muscles. The surgeon wasn't sure how much muscle I had and the condition of them after a C-section and VSG. Has anyone worked extra hard before their TT to build muscle and do you think it helped? Any advice on things I should wear after (sports bra) and things I should have in the house? Thanks for any guidance.

I had a tummy tuck years ago and a boob job last year. It's so worth it. I'm curious how all woo look after I drop my weight .

I'm also 2 weeks away from a full tummy tuck, breast lift/ augmentation and arm lift! I have been working out alot, doing alot of ab work, push ups, and strength training.. My surgeon told me the better shape I'm in prior to surgery the better the outcome will be cosmetically and the easier the recovery will be... Good luck and I hope everything goes well with your surgery!!

Once I had my drains out, this was awesome!! My dr. said that the longer I wear some kind of compression, the better the result. Wore compression for about 4 months.
