Super silly question...nothing to do with weight loss but...

I'm 5 days post surgery and just joined this forum today. Love it so far! But I'd love to get the ticker on my profile. I think it'd be an additional motivator for me. Can anyone tell me how to do it / where to find it?

    Go to your account settings and I believe its in the Edit Profile section.

    It should be located at top right where is says hello and your name click on that and it should bring options available and tickler is on left
