You can get the Torani syrups at most grocery stores (ie. Cub foods, Rainbow, Trader Joes) at least in Minnesota :-)

I shopped all around and if you have a Smart & Final near you they had the best prices I found. $5/bottle and $4/bottle if you bought 4+

Dannon Light and Fit Greek Blended is my favorite. I love the vanilla Coconut and the Key Lime! YUM!!! 12 grams of Protein and low sugar!

I eat Fage 0% plain yogurt, and add my Protein powder to it. 1/2 cup with a scoop of powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury vanilla, plus a pinch of cinnamon tastes like cheesecake to me, plus it has over 30g of protein! That has been my go-to food since I got home from the hospital... the only thing I can definitely eat, and keep down!

I'd say stay away from the flavored yogurts. All those added artificial sugars are not really good for you. Get used to non fat Greek yogurt. Fage or gobani are great brands. Stay away from the Kroger brand. It is awful. . I use them in my shakes. So much Protein and if makes my shakes yummy.

I eat Chobani or Fage plain. The pre flavored yogurts have always tasted way too sweet to me- even before surgery. I use fresh fruit (peaches, blueberries, strawberries) to add a hint of flavor. Also use Syntrax Nectar Protein powder to add flavor...and even more protein. I have added a couple tbls high protein oatmeal to it, too for texture. But my ultimate yummiest favorite is a scoop of Garden of Life Raw Protein vanilla mixed with 1 cup plain Fage 0% ....40 grams of protein, 10g sugar and 220 calories!

I fortify my Greek Yogurt with GNC unflavored Protein powder. It raises the Protein to 30 grams and the calories are under 300. This way I get half my protein in first thing in the morning. Makes my day go much better!

I use plain nonfat greek yogurt for my Protein Shakes and yopait 100's. I prefer the strawberry. These two yogurts are staple in my diet. U do need to watch the sugar on all of them. Some flavors are higher than others in sugar. I am almost 5 months post nd down 92lbs so its working. Good luck, you're almost there.

Can u tell me what kind of Protein shakes u make?

I am currectly on full liquids stage. I can have yogurt so my plain is to get Fage plain Greek yogurt and get either peaches in the cup with their natural juices blend them to puree or baby food peaches all natural and mix it together. or I will put the greek yogurt in my nutribullet with frozen or fresh fruit and veggies and blend into a smoothie. I check with my NUT. He said as long as there are no lumps I am good to go. I do plain to get the unflavored Protein powder for additional Protein.< /p>

I don't normally like Greek yogurt (too sour creamy to me) but I know it's packed with lots o Protein so I've tried to like it. Just about 5 days ago, I bought 6 different brands/flavors to give them all a fair shake. The best so far?

Trader Joes Vanilla strawberry

Open Nature Honey

I HATE Chobani, Oikos, and Yoplait. Fage is good, just not fantastic. I also bought a Dannon Light and Fit (cappucino flavor) just haven't tried it yet. It's got the smallest amt of calories. I think it's 80. I don't really look at the carbs - just calories and Protein. The TJ's has hefty calories (180) for a tub of yogurt (it's 8 oz vs the normal 6).

Good luck in finding a good one. I Luv luv luv the 90 cal Fat Free Yoplait fruit blends but there's barely any protein in them. Still fairly healthy in my mind. Better than a Snickers bar! I consider anything healthy thats better than a Snickers bar! Sad, I know...

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
