Hi everyone. I am Dede and live in Denver, Colorado. I was banded in Mexico by Dr. Kuri on 4-10-07. As of this morning, I have lost 9 lbs on clear liquids. Woohoo! Tomorrow I get to have smooth liquids. Have noticed that I eat/drink too fast and too much at once. My appetite has been low to moderate, and I still have left shoulder and neck pain to contend with. Wish that would go away.

We're banded buddies!! I got banded on the 10th too!!! I've lost 13# so far and will be on liquids until the 8th of May, then two weeks of mushies and then to regular foods. It's a long haul, but definitely will be worth it just to be able to throw out the fat clothes and put on all the other clothes that have been waiting in my closet for years!!
