So I've read on how to manage the skin issue, I'm only 26 almost 27 so my skin should have some good elasticity and snap back with a strict regime of toning starting as soon as possible with heavy lotion, and wraps, and hydration etc...but personal question...How did everyone's breasts do after this?

I've always had large boobs even when I was "slimmer" (read 215 lbs) so I'm a little worried tha they will completely disappear.

Is anyone willing to share their stories of their post op bodies?

I'm just looking forward to being super healthy and able to run and play with my nephews and my future kids one day without being exhausted after 5 minutes, but I need to know if I should start saving now, lol. :)

This is definitely a concern of mine as well. I had a cuzzin who had the Sleeve about two years ago, she was 320llbs and a DDD now she sits at 160 llbs, and a ROUND C! I will be ok with that, any smaller, i too will be saving my pennies :-)

I can live with that as well! Just don't want some droopy A's!

I'm 26. No children. My highest weight was 245. My current weight is 129.

I workout a disgusting amount, keep hydrated, exfoliate, moisturize, all that jazz... I look totally hot in clothing. Naked, I look like an 80 year old. I have batwings, saggyness on the belly, inner thighs, and under my armpits on my sides. The girls... Well let's say I just roll them up and tuck those little things away for now.

Currently saving the cash for plastics. :)

I'm 26 as well with no children. Already down almost 60lbs and the boobies are already not looking so great. They are still a full 38DD... but NOT perky. No fullness on top, saggy... soooo sad! I have another 70lbs to lose and I have no hope for them.

I don't think this has to do with age- this has to do with winning the genetic lottery!

I am 24 no children and I went from a 50DDD to a 46C major difference for me and still adjusting to it. I am down 100 pounds from when I decided to do something about my weight and 69 pounds down from surgery. My boobs are saggy and very visible with the loose skin. I have 45 more pounds to loose to be at my goal and I don't want to loose more in the boobage...:( I cried when I went down to a C cause they look not so great.

At my largest, 270 pounds, I was a 42h after losing 100lbs I am currently a 32DDD and can never find the right bra. Thus, the 1 and only reason why i wish I could still shop at Lane Byrant. When people asked me when would I stop losing weight, I said when I can buy a $12 bra at Walmart. But im still paying 60 bucks at victoria secret with muffin top in every bra I wear. With out a bra, standing up, my boobs look better, they are not perky though. Now if I bend over or have poor posture and im wearing a bra things look a little deflated its hard to explain. Laying down bra less the girls like to snuggle in my armpits. Basically I was very full up top and now my boobs are a little dense in that area.

I already figured there was no hope for mine, they are already sad and have been sad for as long as I can remember. They are rittled with stretch marks and I can only expect they'll look like deflated ballons after the weight loss. But I would rather deflated boobs that I can stuff into a nice bra then looking like a hot air ballon that sticks out like a sore thumb. ^_^

I'm a little worried about mine...they are fairly perky D's and I haven't seen a weight related change to them. I'll be the same weight for months and then *boop* half cup bigger.... But out of all my friends I've always been the small boob girl :(

I don't want small boobs again DX

Cassandra the muffin top is because your cup size is too small.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
