  1. Hey peeps I was sleeved June 16th. Doing great. Can't wait to feel good enough to get back into my routine.
  2. Hi I'm also new to this site. I had to do a pre op diet for 2 weeks. Consisting of 800-900cal. I bought my food from the hospital I'm having surgery at. My surgery is this Monday.
  3. Hi everyone I'm also a newbie. super excited for this life style change. My surgery is scheduled for June 16th so we are only days away! I'm on day 3 of a low calorie diet the drs require. I'm so glad to have found this site. Everyone going thru this needs to be reminded they can do it and they aren't alone. super thrilled to read everyone's posts!
