Anyone else from Houston, Texas with a similar surgery date? I'm excited, and a little terrified of the surgery part. How long did it take everyone to go back to work?? I had planned to go back day 7 post op. Is that too soon? My doc said as long as it's very light activity it should be fine.

I'm really excited. The excitement is quickly turning into fear though. I keep having dreams where I forget I am sleeved and eat something I shouldn't and then I wake up in a panic. I guess that's strange, or who knows, maybe it's a normal amount of anxiety. I'm worried I didn't take enough time off from work (only 7 days) too. All things I can't control at this point. Guess I'll just need to take it in strides. Reading the boards has helped a lot with calming the fears. How about you? Are you excited?

Yes I really am! Hubby and I went shopping for vitamins and stuff I will need on trip. I am so anxious!!!! I think you will do good. Just take one day at a time. What is the one thing you want to do after you lose first 50 lbs??? Anything special ?
