I now have my date of May 14th in the morning ...

My start weight on January 2nd was 423 and my current weigh in today was 401 so slowly but surely I've been doing well ...

Can anyone provide any pointers or key things I should do before surgery please?

Well good morning, I'm laying in the hospital now, just had my surgery yesterday! It went well, just make sure you have chapstick and gas x strips! They keep you drugged up, and follow your diet and you will be fine, oh and make sure your head right!

Hey Angie , Yes your mouth is going to be really dried up , since your not suppose to eat or drink anything after surgery on till the next day, what I did was rinse my mouth out with Water but try not to drink any of the water when you rinse. It's tempting because your going to be really thirsty after the surgery.
