  1. That's how I felt, I'm still up and down..I had an infection In one of the incisions..but its trial and a big adjustment..the shakes became too sweet for me..

  20. You go chica! Woohoo... I'm 243 so I'm down, -28! This definitely a journey! I've been trying little stuff, but then my stomach be like, I'm not ready and I have to run the bathroom! I find myself snacking a lot, I guess because I'm not getting full meals! I snack on fresh fruit though.... I love me some Publix fruit, cut fresh! That's definitely a change for myself, because it use to be Publix cake! It feel so good to walk by that section and not be bothered! Oh yea... So DaddyMarie, what does your food schedule look like?

  22. Hi ladies, Im here in Hot lanta! I was sleeved on May 7! Dekalb medical center..my sw was 271 my cw is 247! This is definitely a journey, my main problem is exercising! With the food it is what it is, you can eat, but only a little bit! I have opened my options to some real cool meals! They have wonderful options on Pinterest! I did the sleeve surgery to get healthy, but this exercising..oh lawd!! Help please????
