Does the liquid diet include juicing? Because I want to get a direct support of nutrient's.

You can drink juices but they're full of natural sugar so you need to watch how many calories you're taking in? Even if it's a natural sugar like fructose, it can spike your insulin levels and end up leaving you hungrier than before. Of course, adding in other veggie juices can be good, just try to keep the simple carb levels low?

Thank you for the information! :) I didn't know that. I probably will go with a low carb fruit and veggie combination to put in the juicer. With protein powder maybe, if I'm allowed....
