I'm not sure what's going on. I'm not a cheater so I dont think its my diet. I am stuck at 205 started at 243.

Throw the scale out the window and follow the plan. :D

Your body is catching up with all the changes that have taken place over the last 6 week....

Think about it....little to no: sugar, salt, caffeine, soda, fried foods, carbs, all those things we used to love and crave our bodies are no longer getting. As our minds needs to address the emotions of missing those foods our bodies need to adjust as well. And that is just the food part - think about removing 80% of your stomach...all the hormones, nerves, etc contained in the stomach. This is a big shock to the system.

If you are weighing your self more than once a week - stop. Mr surgeon recommends once a month. It is another hard habit to break - but one to maintain sanity.

Keep on with the plan and your body will catch up.

If you read enough here you read the word STALL every single day. I read about it and knew about it before it happened. It is what it is. Eat right and healthy. Follow your plan.
