Popped stitches or incisions, jp drain site, leaks and possible infection....

What are the signs and symptoms of these conditions? I had 2 serious coughing spells and with this hernia repair, the jp drain and 1week old stitches, I'm concerned how sensitive our Insides are. The sleeve incisions didn't hurt at all but the slicing burn around my belly button and drain site concern me.

I was lying on my back when it started and it hurt so bad I had to hold the hernia repair wound and the exit for the jp drain really tight but the coughing was like a serious hacking cough. I coughed up a thick stiff pile of darkened mucous, it was a dark dirty green color. And instantly my jp drain started draining blood again instead of the straw yellow that it's been for the past 2 days.

I can worry too much and just need to hear what normal coughing experiences might have caused. Can I tear the staples inside or more likely affect the outter incisions? Heavy coughing ever cause a leak??
