Getting ready to start

Howdy, I had a lap-band years ago but did not have a support system so I was not able to lose much weight. I also encountered some problems so I gave up trying and had the saline removed. I have moved to a new area with good support. I had an endoscopy this week and everything is all right for me to start again. I get my first fill on Tuesday. Yeah!

The Time is Now.

That's the beauty of the band...... It's there to be worked (and it does work) when you're willing and want to work it! Best Wishes!

@@Karen Pelt Great news! Happy to have you on the board! You are sure to find loads of support here!!!

As @@HealthyNewMe said, that is the beauty of being banded, we have the flexibility to be able to make it work with our life style.
