CHEW CHEW CHEW!

I'm a little over a month out from getting sleeved and have been trying new foods with mixed and unpredictable results. I've come to the conclusion that I can eat anything, only if I chew the crap out of it!

Just because you can doesn't mean you should. :);)

stick with the prescribed diet.... it was planned with success in mind.

meat will be easier if it is moist. I find other things are inconsistent. I have had no problem with Peanut Butter until yesterday. It hung up in my throat, and I could not drink enough Fluid to ease it on down, since Miss Tummy only holds so much, and I am not supposed to drink right after eating. I have not had a problem with pills either until I gagged on fish oil pearls today.

My other most memorable disaster was thinking I could try steamed cauliflower at one month. WRONG!
