Hi there Linda Hayes...so it looks like you had your surgery last month sometime. you said you are having problems with the protein shakes, can you explain that better? are you eating any soft foods yet? I am not really sure about answers for someone with gastric sleeve surgery...but I think you all follow about the same as us banders. I know the shakes get really boring after awhile...I actually find adding frozen fruits and coffee to mine make them a bit better change. I did a google search and found a site that had ideas of what to put in them...they were actually beneficial to my tastebuds anyways. as for foods...I stayed with soft foods for weeks 3-6...fish baked, soft veggies, soups and stuff like that. when I went onto solids I tried everything I ate before, healthier versions though and took my time...I was having trouble slowing down, no matter what folks told me, so I am going to try this app today...wait 1 full minute in-between eat bit. If you need anything else please let me know, and Congrats on your new WL journey!!! take care!!! :)

Hi Mike I figured out my problem with the proteins it was doing my shakes with milk I had to change from doing my shake with milk to doing them with different flavor of juicy and now it does not feel Heavy when I drink it
