  1. I am in Hattiesburg Ms and had my surgery in Slidell at sugreical specialist hospital and my Dr was Donal Balder of gulf port ms.
  2. Yes I swallow all of my pills.
  3. I have the same problem thank it's common because of all the protein. I have to take MiraLAX at least twice a week or I eat prunes or drink from juice.
  4. Having the same problem after taking MiraLAX every week sometimes twice a week. I also brought me some prune juice to help myself out or I eat prunes. I eat prunes I don't have to use MiraLAX as often.
  5. Drinking from a straw only contribute to has to my knowledge. And cold water contribute to acid reflex.
  6. I think everyone weights everyday. Think I am going to put mine in the closet until Sundays out of site out of mind.

  12. Hi march sleeviers today I am 7 weeks post op sleeved and I have lost 40 lbs yayayayaya
  13. My Dr did not tell me anything about calorie intake he just told me to make sure I get proteins in twice a day and drink 64 ounces of water.
  14. I am 15,days out and im still having a hard time keeping anything down wen will the pain in my throat go away, I vomit all day long, I did not hay any problems wit my throat, maybe you need to call the Dr. don't think that's normal.
  15. That's normal to feel tired and sleepy day by day it will get better.
  16. Yes it is very important to listen to your body I think a 2 mile walk will really be overdoing it and just had surgery

  18. I believe it all depends on your doctor. My liver was enlarged and my doctor explained to me if I lose weight before the surgery I would have no problem. So before my surgery I lost about 14-15 pounds.

  20. Mikes57 Hi Mike I figured out my problem with the proteins it was doing my shakes with milk I had to change from doing my shake with milk to doing them with different flavor of juicy and now it does not feel Heavy when I drink it
  21. Taylor_holt you water, protein and walking should jump start your weight loss.
  22. Trust me LFitz 66 that will Change its part of the process don't give up. I found after I started getting my water in that's needed and walking the weight started dropping off I am post op march 14 and I am down 30lbs. Be encouraged.
