Check the labels also - that one says it's not even yogurt, but a "dairy snack" which makes me uncomfortable. You often find you're basically eating jello made with milk and flavorings. As your doc or NUT for brand suggestions if you can't find ones as low as they say.

^^The roasted coconut vanilla flavor(or something like that) is delicious!!! I have them once in a blue moon when I'm craving something sweet.

I agree, Dannon light & fit tastes the best, higher in protein, lower in carbs than some of the other Greek yogurts. Stick with the 'blended' variety now... The fruit on the bottom ones will have to wait a little while, but those are yummy too- I eat one every day.
