2 weeks post op

Monday I will be 2 weeks post and I start changing my diet. Can anyone give me ideas what I should buy at the store. I have been able to eat yogurt and that works fine with me. I am also aloud ricotta cheese and cottage cheese now. I do not like cottage cheese anymore:( the nut told me I did not have to puree foods but I had to chew chew chew. Any ideas would be great!

I am also two weeks post op. I have been eating a lot of tuna. I like to mix it up and not just have it with mayo. It's great with salsa and avocado I eat this last and don't always have room. Another thing I've had is refried (without the refry) beans and green chile. I am so glad I'm not having trouble with spicy stuff!

That is so good to hear. I love spicy food and I am fearful that I may lose my tolerance for it after surgery. Keeping my fingers crossed. :)
