Still in hospital. Doc won't release me till pain is manageable by just tylenol. Got up last night and felt. Better. Still some gas pain but not nearly as much. Hoping to go home today so I can have something besides water! Hah

Ive been averaging 600-650. I am only 6 weeks out. I concentrate on protein. I lose more if i get plenty. Congrats on the loss.

I am 10 weeks out and I still only eat between 600-800 calories a day. Most days I'm on the lower side. I am focusing on getting in my protein and water. Most of my protein is from shakes because I get full too quickly when eating dense protein like chicken or fish. I think the best person to ask is your doctor or NUT. Good luck to you.
