I can't tell when I'm full? Threw up twice in two days.

I'm two months post op and not having trouble work foods. Just trouble telling when I'm full. I start with tiny amounts on my plate and don't feel full. Then I'll take another bite and wham it hurts and I've ended up throwing up twice in the past two days. What can happen if anything if you throw up too much? I'm worried I'm hurting my new sleeve.

I've had the same problem. It helps me to wait 1 1/2 minutes between each bite.
