My yummy frozen lunch

I took 1/2 c Premier Choc Protein Drink,(15 gr protein) 1/2 c lite almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (12 gr protein), 1/2 Tb caramel SF Torani syrup, 11 drops Capella almond joy flavoring and mixed it in my magic bullet. Then I poured it into my Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker. I ran it 5-8 min until the ice cream walked onto the top of the "dasher" then I scraped it out into a bowl and that was my lunch... It was sooo good. I am going to play with different mixtures using the RTD Premier.

These Cuisinart ice cream makers are awesome little things. I added some SF Torani's but you can also just do your shake. If you go to theworldaccordingtoeggface.com she has lots of Protein ice cream flavor recipes

That sounds soooo good. Maybe I'll try that one of these days, but I'll need an ice cream maker
