Did you have any complications and who does your followups?

I'm 7 months out and the surgeon I went to just up and retired. The notice he gave for his retirement was a letter we got in the mail. I'm a little p o ed.

I was wondering if I needed to find another surgeon for follow ups or if I can just go to my pcp.

no complications at all. I just go to my PCP for bloodwork and that's it. good luck!

I just have to agree with Sherry that Im so happy I chose to have surgery with Dr. Illan/Baja Bariatrics. Im 12 days post op, down 18 pounds. . (3 pre op ). I had a wonderful experience beginning to end and I will actually write a more detailed account when I have time.

I love reading these stories from everyone it helps relieve some anxiety!
