Awaiting for insurance approval Aetna (NJ)

My anxiety is through the roof waiting for a decision. My paperwork was submitted to Aetna on 3/11/2014. To date I have not heard anything. I have called the insurance twice. I spoke with a customer representative who informed me it is pending and it can take up to 30 days. I have heard and read so much conflicting information on how long it takes. Does anyone have Aetna (NJ) and how long did it take for a decision to be made??
