Imelda Marcos, here I come...

I got a discount coupon from Aerosoles for 20% off so I figured I'd see what they have for spring. I don't really need any new shoes since I bought several pairs last spring when I went from an 8 1/2-9 wide to an 8 regular. I did notice though, that some of my flats are a little big...it's been getting a little warmer here in NY and I've been transitioning back out of my heavier winter shoes. I though maybe I stretched them out a little and figured, no big deal...my feet tend to swell in the warmer weather anyway.

So, I went shopping yesterday afternoon and tried on a few pairs of new styles in size 8. Well...they still felt too big, and I asked for the 7 1/2 just to see the difference. Guess what? I bought three pair of new shoes sized 7 1/2.

As much as I enjoy buying new things, I really didn't expect that my feet would continue to shrink and I'd need to buy more shoes. I tell you...I haven't worn a 7 1/2 since before the kids were born...and that was 30+ years ago....

Good for you !! Another brand that I found to be very comfy was a brand called Born, they have them at Penneys and Macys, and probably some other nice stores too. I bought a super comfortable pair of cute brown low boots that are still very good for being on cement floors all day. Try their website too, Born. com. Have fun shoe shopping !

Sorry, its Bornshoes.com
