My request was just sent Thursday 3/20/2014. The gave a "dummy date" of April 22nd. The doctors office said I should expect to wait four weeks for approval. It sounds like no one has had to wait that long. I wonder if I still have to wait until April 22nd if I get approved this week.

Just seen ur post Nd I also have Cigna. Did it take the 4 weeks for approval? Mine go to insurance next Monday. I have the need to speed on this!! Lol

It took them three business days! I called the first day and they said approval takes five business days.

They have my surgery scheduled for April 21st. I'm doing my preop now. I can't get past the EKG. I've never had a problem before. Kinda worried.
