I am 3 weeks post op. I am down 15 pounds since surgery. I am usually drinking about 48 oz fluids and getting 60 gr protein and taking my vitamins. I am noticing that I am retaining fluid again in my ankles but nowhere near ad much as I used to. A normal day is a protein shake for breakfast, Greek yogurt around 11, cottage cheese 1/2 cup around 2, and 3 of puréed tuna, chicken or 1/2 c refried beans around 6. Occasionally I also eat 2 tbsp of pb2. I am afraid I am able to take in too much already. Am I overeating? Yesterday I was at 653 calories. Carbs were 52. I am just nervous I am not on the right track
