  2. 218 this morning not sure if I will get to my Halloween goal of 215 but keeping hope alive
  3. I know I have a LNG way to go but I am down to 220 from 343 now wearing a large/x-large from a snug 3x. I keep hearing that I look great but to get honest I don't see it. When I look in the mirror all I see is loose skin and saggy girls. To be honest it makes me disgusted and I am having difficulty adjusting to the new me. Has anyone else felt this way if so how did you deal with it?

  13. 237.1 this morning up from 236.5 last week. Feeling defeated this Is the first time since surgery on 2/26 that I have gained but I have had stalls.
  14. Congratulations that is all I wanted for my birthday a few weeks ago now I am riding 3-4 nights a week. It is amazing sense of accomplishment. Congrats again wishing you all the best!
  15. 236 this morning..1 pound till challenge goal!
  16. Last year I asked my husband to buy me a bike for my birthday, much to my surprise I forgot how to ride it. Fast forward to this year and while having a birthday celebration at my house I asked for lessons. I guess losing 105 pounds and building up some confidence has helped. I am off and riding! This surgery is an amazing tool!
  17. Still at 139 this morning, scale not moving as I had hoped. I am going to just refocus and get back to basics!
  18. Forgot to weigh in last week at 243 which means 100 pounds lost. Last week was a roller coaster going up and down all week but this morning 239. I think I need to hide the scale and try to weigh in only once a week,
  19. I woke up at 243 officially 100 lbs down from my highest weight when I started this journey at my first meeting with my surgeon at the end of November. 38 lost pre-op 62 since surgery. Tomorrow I am 5 months out. Also officially off my blood pressure meds. Best decision ever made!
  20. Slowly moving the right direction 244.9 this morning
  21. I also am a chronic migraine sufferer. I am nearly 5 months post op and have noticed a decrease in my migraines. My surgeon wants me to avoid Excedrin migraine as well although I have taken it twice. I also have had no luck with imitrex or maxalt, however my pcp gave me a prescription for fioricet which has helped. It is part barbituate, acetaminophen and caffeine. I am sure the caffeine is not ideal...but I am willing to take it because it is working. I had the same fears young into surgery but luckily things are working out with other options.
  22. Congrats you look fabulous.. Such an inspiration!
