bunged up....

Sooo...yeah...I was sleeved November 29 2012. I've had the odd bout of well, being bunged up lolol or clogged, plugged lol...get my drift? More fiber generally worked or more water. But this time nope! Its been a long time since this has happened and now it is a year later!! I've gone backwards... Any suggestions???

They say miralax is easiest on your system. I have found biascodyl (dulcolax) to be very effective. It does cause more cramping though

chia seeds. im serious. incorporate them into one or 2 things a day. they are high in fiber and Protein so it's a win-win.
