Hello! I'm new to this forum and to the surgery. I was sleeved last Tuesday and so far things are going great as far as healing goes!
I do have a question that I'm not sure how to search for in this forum's topics though, and I'm also not completely sure it even relates to my WLS, but here goes anyway. For the past two days I'm feeling extremely weak and out of breath. I've been using the breathing treatment to prevent pneumonia, getting in all of my fluids, (although getting down my shakes is still tough so that might account for the weakness). Currently, I'm really stopped up, yet my nose is runny; and I feel really rundown. I've blown through a roll of toilet paper in a day and a half blowing my nose. I guess my question is: Is this common after undergoing surgery when your immunity already isn't at its best? Or do you think this could be a developing illness?
I put a call into my weight loss facility/doctor this morning but no one has called me back yet.
Thank you for any input!
