How many days before your surgery? I cheated one day on mine but it was before I had to drink my magnesium citrate so I was still able to get my surgery.

You are FINE!! Did you have the whole bag? I doubt it. Get your head back in the game and focus in your goals. Remember why you're going through all of this. Aldo remember this feeling of panic the next time you feel like going off course. You are going to do fine. If you're super worried call your surgeon. See what they say. Let us know how you're doing!!

My surgery is scheduled March 17 at 10 am

Ni i didn't eat the whole bag wanted to lol just a hand full

Ok will let you guys know thank you so much

You will be FINE. My surgeon only has his patients on a four day liquid diet-- he says that is plenty of time to shrink the liver. You are good-- just stick with liquids from here on out!

Oh great thank you

Oh great thank you

Don't worry- the second day of my pre op liquid diet was on Valentines Day, and of course there was a party at work, so I cheated and had a few Cookies. Tomorrow is a new day!

I feel a lot better now tomorrow is a new day
