I'm on soft food now. I bought pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni, and low fat cheese. I just microwave it together in a bowl. I tried it on a tortilla but that was too much for my pouch.

Did u get the regular pizza sauce or do they sell lite

I got Ragu pizza sauce in a jar. 4 ounces has 5 carbs and 3 grams of sugar. I only use about an ounce, 4-5 pepperoni and a sprinkling of cheese.

Ok this is a little off the wall, but going thru my Rachel Ray magazine I found a fork that would be great for all of us losers... It's called a HAPIfork. It vibrates and lights up when you are eating too fast! Tracks your total meal time, time in between meals and more! And they are only $100 each, yes each!! Technology.... Hmmmmm

I've been using the app Eat Slower. It's free and you can set your bite intervals. You can have it vibrate or alarm when it's time for another bite!

I am still on boost shakes and water... I hve no problem with Water or sf Jello or broth but these boost shakes make my stomach hurt so bad for like an hour! I don't know what to do because they are the only thing I'm cleared to drink with any nutritional value. But they make me sick

Between the weight I lost pre op and the amount I've lost post none of my clothes fit. My ring stopped fitting before surgery and I was super sad because I had just gotten engaged mid October and by end of December I couldn't wear it anymore. It's so beautiful sometimes I go peak at it lol

18 days out and I've hit a stall the last 4 days. So frustrating. I'm getting all my Protein in, 60g, but I'm having an issue getting 64oz of fluids. I find it hard because of having to sip. Going to try upping my protein intake to see if that helps.

I hit a stall at 15 days out my doctor said the 3rd week usually is the first stall. My stall broke shortly after. Good luck! :)

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
