I'm brooke_b___ I'm not specifically using mine to track my progress just yet Bc most of my social media friends don't know I had surgery, but there are lots of "before" pictures on there of me and I'll be adding after pictures when I start recovering.

Same for me- most of my followers are fellow WLS ppl, but I have some friends and family on there that don't know I've had surgery.

I love following you, too!! My Instagram is strictly for WLS family. None of my family or friends know I had the surgery except my parents. There would be a grip of judgement so I keep my wls IG and my personal IG separate. But I gotta say that I'm mostly on the wls IG lol

This is a great idea! I was just sleeved on 4/21, and I can def use the motivation. It's hard to think of the benefits when all I want right now is to eat anything that isn't liquid : ) My Instagram is Shirlydee, feel free to follow me too
