Over the years as I got bigger and bigger I started to get what I call "man hair" growing on my tummy, inner thighs, even a bit of a mustache. Has anyone had this? Has anyone had this hair growth stop/disappear with weight loss?

I;ve got hair on my tummy button, and some facial hair- I've lost quite a bit of weight, but the hair keeps growing - I put it down to the biotin I'm taking for my head hair to grow...?

I've had the 'extra' hair as an issue for many years though, something I've learned just to live with - but hate the facial hair the most..

The extra hair is due to an increase in testosterone levels due to your weight.

This is part of what PCOS sufferers have. Of which I am one.

Have you been tested for PCOS?

With the reduction in weight, is hopefully a re-balancing of our female hormones, a reduction in testosterone and hopefully a reduction in the excess hair.
