May 2014 is my date- Getting lap band

Hey everybody I got my date official date today for my surgery it's the 16th of May :-) I'm very nervous but also very excited I've struggled with my weight for most of my life and now is the time I'm doing something about. It's very hard to deal with my weight issue I have not a lot of support so I thought this group was great to join :-)

Congrats to all of you having surgery in April and May...will be thinking good thoughts for all of you. Remember to keep up on here (these lap band forums) there are lots of very wise folks on here and you can ask just about everything. But remember to ask your doctors/their staff for any health issues you are facing first okay!!! God bless!!!
