Nope, I was home by 4PM. The only speedbump was I couldn't void. He made me go out to the ER to be cathed that night at 9PM. Then I was fine. He was upset the nurse let me go home w/o voiding. I have been on mushies this week. Doing fine. Losing slow. Only 5 lbs since surg. Grrr. Still swelling in tummy area on port side. PA says it will go down soon. Bruising almost gone. Starting to ecercise again...

I really noticed everyone's weight loss as well! Can't wait to do it again next month. Anyone up for a challenge? My co-worker and I challenged each other to have no sweets for a whole week! She has a little baby weight to lose and I still have lots of weight to lose, so we thought we'd see what a difference cutting something unhealthy out would make. We'll see. If it works, I will try to do it all them time, not just for a week. Anyone else want to give it a try? For all I know, I'm the only one here with a sweet tooth.

Hey Babbs & Kyethra! You guys really should join us for lunch sometime. We have lunch the first Monday of each month in Champaign. If you can make it over here, it would great to all get to know each other. It has been wonderful, I think, getting to share with other people who have gone through the same thing. Hope you will join us. On November 5th we will be meeting at Panera at Old Farm Shoppes in Champaign on the corner of Mattis and Kirby Avenues. See ya!
