I set my macros at 40/30/30, protein/carbs/fat, and my NUT was fine with it.

My NUT says carbs should equal proteins. She says you are malnourished if your carbs are too much lower than proteins. I think my NUT is nuts!

I was wondering this too! I notice I have more weight loss when I'm doing 33/33/33 ( well, not exactly). As close as I can get the pie chart to be about equal, I see results. My Nut says count sugars, not total carbs (keep less than 15 per meal). Is that standard?

My surgeon said to keeps carbs under 50 a day .

I stay right at 35 day.

I don't have a particular number but I try to keep the carbs under protein. Even if I have 60grams of protein and 59grams of carbs, I consider it ok.
