  1. I am 7 week now and have lost 23 pounds down 43 all together
  2. They are injections to target areas like tummy thighs and butt that are hard to lose fat In
  3. I also have herniated discs and neuropathy in my feet.. I had sleeve done on 1/20/14 and I feel south better and I know it is gonna get better with every pound I lose.
  4. I'm 5 weeks out and have lost 40.. 15 pre op 25 post op..
  5. My surgeon said to keeps carbs under 50 a day . I stay right at 35 day.

  7. Hi congratulations . I am 1 month today.. I like cottage cheese with fruit, yogurt,- light and fit 2 x protein really good. And avocado and for some reason I tolerate a fried egg better than boiled or scrambled
  8. Once you start eating food it will get normal again..

  10. I am 2 weeks post op and have a good size knot in my stomach right above naval. My Dr to me to massage it. Anyone else have this?

  14. I don't know about the bubbly stomach, but the pump you full gas so they can get in there and move around freely. After surgery you need to walk , walk, and walk some more . This helps move the gas out also you meed to drink, drink, and drink to keep hydrated. Take your Vitamins very important. Belive me it gets a little better day by day. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. You will do great, if you need to talk we are all here for you.
