I do use MFP. Primarily to track my Protein intake. I also like to watch any trends in my eating habits to see if I am drifting towards bad habits again. I realize it's not for everyone, but right now I feel like it acts like training wheels while I get used to my new band life. It also is useful when I go visit my nut to show her so she can give me specific advice. BTW B-52 you are an inspiration in showing that bansters can be successful, even long term. Way to go!

Had lap on 12-31-2013. I lost lbs the 9 days before surgery and to date post today I had lost 17 more. I had first fill of 4 cc's on feb 11 but honestly do not feel any restriction and feel hungry often 21/2 -3 hrs after eating????? have began to go to the YMCA and exercise but is it normal not to feel restriction after a fill? I am sort of disappointed about the weight I have lost.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
