I am currently in a PFT class. Lecture Saturday was on caloric burn, calorie deficits and what the body is truly capable of losing healthy or otherwise. I ended up educated everyone and revealing my VSG and how much I have lost in the last 11 months. Disproving the lecture and absolutely flooring the teacher and most of the class. I did the math however and have had a 457,500 calorie deficit this year to have lost the weight. My year surgery anniversary is coming up on the 27th. I just thought it was an incredible number.
