I started my journey 1/11/13 at my first appointment at 333 and got sleeved 6/11/13. Im still over my goal of 195 but I'm really thinking 217 fits me good.

I'd suggest aiming for a body fat percentage. The scale weight is a terrible measure of success and can lead to unhealthy decisions on your health.

I did miss beer all of last year until November. Ive found that I can drink Blue Moon, Shock Top or amber beers. I just make sure I dont eat afterwards.
