I ate too much!!! and boy it hurts

ok so tonight my eyes were too big for my stomach!!! If it wasn't bad enough that I had fish n chips well only a couple of chips really...but I had 2 huge pieces of fish....I thought it was yummy at the time but when I started getting the full signs...I ignored them didn't stop and now I am bearing the brunt of having a pouch that seems to be stretched to capacity GRRRR let this be a lesson to you all...Its not worth overeating...you just feel sick afterwards...Hopefully tomorro I will do better.

:) Becky :faint:

Ahhh Becky I think we have all been there (and will be there again!), my eyes are still adjusting to the size of my tummy..... You'll be able to work through the pain and you know what? Tmorrow sure is another day. You'll be fine, I just hope you're not in as much pain as I was one night after to much delicious risotto oh my that so bad!!!

I cant eat battered flake anymore, it KILLS me. Even the chips. They're just a whole different kettle of fish (scuse the pun) than fries arent they?

I know we have to have fish and chips this week with some friends down at their holiday house and I really think I"ll pack a can of baked beans for dinner that night. I had a fill last week and if I couldnt do fish and chips before I sure as heck cant now.

Actually fish is a very difficult food for me all round, which doesnt phase me as I dont really like it anyway.
