I've found that I can't break a stall. I just keep plugging away, working the program, and eventually, the scale moves. Sometimes it's 10 days. Sometimes it's 3 weeks. But it always breaks.

I'm at a stall, too. Am 2 days before my 4 week mark post surgery. My scale hasn't moved this week. Have increased fluids (water) and can't understand what's going on. Am frustrated! Help!

I've also been experiencing nausea this past week. My dr. prescribed an anti nausea medication, but the only thing that seems to help is saltines. Is this normal?

I haven't exp any nausea. Not sure Julie. Apparently stalls are normal at this point. I'm just gonna get my protein and fluids in.
